San Francisco Bay Area · Global Offices or Remote Available

What we're looking for

As a Security Engineer at Wordbricks, you will own security across our products and infrastructure, from application security to how we handle customer data. Users trust us with their most sensitive data; you'll make sure that trust is earned.

Responsibilities

Own application and infrastructure security reviews

Design and run our data protection and access-control practices

Lead vulnerability management and incident response

Work with engineering to build security into how we ship, not bolt it on after

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in security engineering or a related role

Strong understanding of web application and cloud security

Experience with secure system design and threat modeling

A clear communicator who makes security practical for the whole team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience securing LLM/AI systems or data pipelines

Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance work

Background in detection engineering or incident response
