Job description
We're looking for a Security Engineer with strong platform instincts to build our security foundation from first principles — across identity, infrastructure, and data systems.
You’ll create secure‑by‑default systems that scale with the company, without slowing down engineering.
What You'll Do
Design and implement identity and access systems (IdP, IAM‑based auth, SSO)
Centralize and secure secrets management (rotation, least privilege, auditing)
Build cloud security controls across AWS (data protection, access guardrails)
Develop security observability pipelines (logging, SIEM, detection)
Enforce infrastructure security via Terraform / GitOps
Improve application security (auth, API protection, multi‑tenant isolation)
Partner with engineering to turn security into automated, developer‑friendly systems
Define and execute a security architecture roadmap
Qualifications
Strong background in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud security
Hands‑on experience with: AWS (IAM, RDS, networking)
Infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform)
Experience building: Identity systems (SSO, IAM, IdP)
Secrets management solutions
Ability to design and ship end‑to‑end systems
Strong communication and execution skills
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Wiz, Doppler, 1Password
Familiarity with SIEM / security event pipelines
Kubernetes or service mesh security
Experience with sandboxing or secure execution
Interest in AI / LLM security
