Whether it's greeting visitors, checking IDs, issuing badges, or monitoring cameras from the desk, we need you to stay alert, organized, and in control of who comes and goes.What's in it for you:New Jersey Sora License RequiredSite Location: Pennsauken, New JerseySet schedule: Part-time, Days, Saturday and Sunday, 7:00AM-3:00PM (16 Hours Per Week)Set schedule: Part-time, Days, Saturday and Sunday, 3:00PM-11:00PM (16 Hours Per Week)Competitive hourly wage of $21.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities for Front Desk Access Control Security Officer:Staff the front desk and serve as the main point of entry for the siteGreet employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors in a professional mannerVerify identities and credentials before granting accessIssue and track visitor badges and maintain accurate sign-in logsMonitor CCTV and access control systems from the deskAnswer phones and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries as neededRespond quickly to alarms, incidents, or potential threatsWrite detailed reports on events and incidentsCollaborate with authorities during serious situationsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications for Front Desk Access Control Security Officer:Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeComfortable with computers, phones, and access control systemsStrong attention to detail and report writing skillsIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or front desk experience - even better!You have a state license if requiredIn the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
