As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide compassionate customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will support a caring environment through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative approach.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $17.91 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeTue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate hospital personnel and/or emergency services when needed.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations while reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.X-Ray screening experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
