As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. You will support a welcoming environment through routine patrols, teamwork, and integrity while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $21.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with directions and escalating unusual activity as appropriate.Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
