Security GuardDo you have HEART? In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for all employees and residents at the community.Part-time position with compensation ranging from USD 18.25 to USD 19.25 hourly.Job DescriptionSecure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.QualificationsNo experience necessary, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.Additional InformationSenior Lifestyle offers a comprehensive benefits plan to eligible team members including health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid time off.
