Security Guard PositionDolls Kill is a global fashion brand built for the bold, rebellious, and unapologetically expressive. Known for pushing boundaries across fashion, music, nightlife, festival culture, and alternative style, Dolls Kill delivers an immersive customer experience unlike any other.Our Los Angeles location brings the Dolls Kill universe to life in one of the world's most influential fashion and entertainment cities. We're looking for a professional, observant, and customer-focused Security Guard to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers, employees, and store assets.As a Security Guard, you'll be responsible for maintaining a visible presence on the sales floor, deterring theft, monitoring store activity, and responding appropriately to security concerns while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and understands how to balance asset protection with creating a positive customer experience.Responsibilities include:Maintaining a highly visible presence throughout the store to deter theft and promote a safe shopping environment.Monitoring customer and employee activity while identifying potential security concerns.Responding professionally to theft, disturbances, emergencies, and other incidents in accordance with company policies.Partnering with store leadership to help reduce inventory shrink and protect company assets.Completing incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.Monitoring entrances, exits, fitting rooms, and other high-risk areas.Supporting crowd management during high-volume periods, events, and product launches.Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting when appropriate.Maintaining effective communication with store leadership and other team members.Qualifications include:Previous security, asset protection, law enforcement, or related experience preferred.Valid Guard Card (if required by state regulations).Strong observation and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.What We're Looking For includes:Professional, dependable, and accountable.Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.Ability to de-escalate situations using sound judgment and professionalism.Customer-focused with a team-first attitude.Committed to creating a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience.If you're passionate about safety, customer service, and protecting people and assets in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and join the Dolls Kill Los Angeles team as a Security Guard!
