Security GuardWe are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property. This role requires a proactive approach to security and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.Respond to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds.Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.Strong observational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to incidents.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.Requirements:Must be 18+ years of age.Must be able to obtain and maintain state issued Pari-mutuel license.Must have both D and G security licenses.
