As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a logistics and distribution location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Join a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, delivers through teamwork, and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $21.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor incoming and outgoing traffic, verify visitor and vendor access as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency responders when needed.Minimum Requirements:Must have at least one year of security-related experience.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
