As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a professional environment through routine patrols, teamwork, and integrity while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $19.95 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 01:30 PM - 09:30 PMFri 01:30 PM - 09:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Monitor access points, verify authorization credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities while maintaining confidentiality of site information.Minimum Requirements:CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Guard Card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
