Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving role requires a valid driver's license. Help deter incidents through a visible presence, clear communication, and responsive security-related support while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused culture and integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $20.81 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of laboratory, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, unsecured access points, and facility concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and maintaining a professional presence.Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.At least one year of security-related experience is required.Access control and badge experience is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
