Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Bring integrity, teamwork, and a people-first mindset to a reliable, innovative team.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $16.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat 06:30 AM - 02:30 PMSun 06:30 AM - 02:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with controlling entry and exit for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Customer service experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
