Security Guard - Per Diem OfferedRocky Mount, North CarolinaWe are now hiring Night Shift Security Guards for a large project in the Rocky Mount, NC area.Pay rate is $22.00/hour plus Per Diem: $100/day. Full-time employees are eligible for per diem all 7 days of the week if they work their full weekly schedule. Part-time employees are not eligible for per diem.Schedule Full-Time - Monday through Friday - 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM - Up to 60 hours per weekPart-Time - Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM - 24 hours per weekThis is an unarmed security position. Security Guards will patrol and monitor the site using a company-provided vehicle while helping maintain a safe and secure work environment.Responsibilities include:Monitoring site access points and observing activity throughout the jobsiteReporting suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and security concerns to appropriate personnelConducting routine patrols using a company-provided vehicleDocumenting incidents, observations, and security-related activitiesMaintaining a professional presence on-site at all timesFollowing all site-specific security procedures and safety protocolsQualifications:Previous security guard or security officer experience requiredBasic computer skillsValid driver's licenseAbility to pass all pre-employment screeningsReliable and dependable with strong attention to detailTrillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
