As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic construction and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and report security-related concerns. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a caring, reliable team at Allied Universal that acts with integrity and embraces innovation.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $22.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 09:30 PM - 05:30 AMTue 09:30 PM - 05:30 AMWed 09:30 PM - 05:30 AMThur 09:30 PM - 05:30 AMFri 09:30 PM - 05:30 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial construction location.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established site protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of active work areas, perimeter boundaries, entry points, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor and document visitor, contractor, and delivery access in accordance with site requirements, verifying authorization and directing individuals to designated areas.Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrol observations, incidents, hazards, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
