Job description
Shift SupervisorThe Shift Supervisors role includes but is not limited to monitoring Security Guard performance, ensuring the Security Force perform their assigned duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and/or regulatory requirements; they are responsible for correcting/reporting any/all deficiencies to the Site Lead. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will inspect employees to ensure they are fit for duty and are in compliance with all established dress and appearance standards, and have in their possession all required, equipment, and credentials. Applicants selected will be subject to a background/security investigation and must be drug free and remain drug free during period of employment. This position reports directly to the Site Lead.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Woking with LENEL access control systemIssue/Control Access BadgesCCTV alarm monitoringPerform entry/exit controlConduct vehicle/foot patrol duties, emergency and alarm responseConduct routine security checks and administrative inspectionsIdentify/report security anomaliesMaintain security logbooks.Experience, Education, and Licensure:Valid DCJS Security LicenseValid State Driver's LicenseEligible to receive a DBIDS passEligible for a NATO SECRET security clearanceKnowledge of LENEL access control systemFamiliar with day-to-day operations of CCTV systemsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential functions.Work Environment:Involves long period of sitting at monitoring desks, standing at entry points, and/or walking patrols to ensure safety, may require shift work including night, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements:May require lifting up to 25 pounds.Work Authorization/Security Clearance:Ability to obtain/maintain a NATO SECRET security clearanceAdditional Qualifying Factors:As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.As an equal opportunity employer, The Tatitlek Corporation recognizes that our strength lies in our people.
