Flint Prime Solutions, a leading security and risk management firm, is seeking a Security Guard in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $137,645 and is available until November 23, 2026.
As a Security Guard, you'll monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to security incidents, and enforce security policies. You'll also conduct regular inspections, maintain security logs, and assist in emergency situations.
You'll work with a team of security professionals in a dynamic environment in St. Louis, MO. The workplace is equipped to handle various security challenges and ensure client safety.
The compensation package for this role is comprehensive, offering a salary range that starts at $95,000 and goes up to $137,645, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security or related fields is preferred. You should be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks.
Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or distress signals
Patrol assigned areas to prevent and deter criminal activity
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks
Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
Knowledge of security systems and procedures
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
