As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will work with a collaborative team while demonstrating Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, integrity, and a people-first culture.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $19.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and/or potential hazards.Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions throughout the assigned location.Minimum Requirements:Have at least two years of security-related experience.CPR certification is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
