As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will use computer or tablet tools to document activities and assist visitors and employees. Join Allied Universal, where agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity guide our work.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $23.11 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established reporting protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, escalating unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:A guard card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
