Security | Maintenance – Make a Visible Difference Every Day!
Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
4 Nights On, 4 Nights Off
Pay Range: $20.40 - $22.05
$1.25/hour weekend differential
$1.00/hour evening shift differential

What You'll Do
As a Security Team Member, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, buildings, and grounds throughout the night.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting routine interior and exterior security rounds of campus buildings and grounds
Monitoring entrances, parking lots, doors, windows, and security systems
Responding to security concerns, suspicious activity, emergencies, and alarm notifications
Assisting with fire drills, fire alarms, and other emergency situations
Escorting team members, visitors, emergency personnel, and service providers as needed
Communicating with supervisors regarding security, safety, or emergency-related concerns
Monitoring weather conditions and communicating important updates
Responding to after-hours maintenance calls and performing light maintenance tasks
Assisting with light housekeeping and sanitation needs during weekend coverage
Helping with ice and snow removal during winter weather events
Assisting with resident transfers and other facility support needs when appropriate
Completing daily logs, reports, and required documentation
Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA and Corporate Compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
Possesses a valid driver's license
Has strong observation and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism
Can remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies
Communicates clearly and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, and team members
Enjoys working independently while remaining part of a larger team
Is dependable, trustworthy, and service-oriented
Can perform light maintenance and facility support tasks

Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and respond quickly to emergency situations.
