Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour

Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to associates, drivers, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, maintain visitor and delivery records, and direct individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, gates, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Communicate professionally with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision regarding access issues, unusual activity, and security-related incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
At least two years of security-related experience are required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
