You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, maintain access records, and help promote a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. Through professional communication, visible presence, and attention to detail, you will support security-related procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, works together, and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.75 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Wed 04:00 AM - 12:00 PMFri 04:00 AM - 12:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery drivers at an industrial manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor or contractor passes, maintain access logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.Control access to restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas in accordance with established site requirements.Respond to access-control concerns, alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, business facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
