Pay Rate: $11.41 / Hour

What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor and control access to manufacturing and industrial locations by verifying credentials, processing visitors, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized personnel and deliveries.
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
Assist with monitoring alarms, gates, and access-control systems, documenting activities and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
