As a Dispatch Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarms and activity, and support timely responses to incidents. You will help maintain a welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff through clear communication, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service. Join Allied Universal, where our agile, reliable, and innovative teams put people first and act with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $26.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMThur 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMFri 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSun 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.Monitor communications, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch systems; receive requests for assistance and coordinate the response of appropriate personnel.Document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and other relevant information accurately and in accordance with site-specific procedures.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant details to site personnel, emergency responders, and/or management as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.
