Security OfficerHeritage Companies is growing our Security team, and we're looking for dependable & professional Security Officers to join us at multiple locations throughout Albuquerque.Heritage will pay for your Level 1 Guard Card and additional required certifications, including CPR, giving you the opportunity to build valuable credentials while joining one of New Mexico's leading hospitality organizations.Whether you already have security experience or are looking for an opportunity to get started in the field, we're looking for people who are dependable, observant, professional and ready to help create a safe and welcoming environment.What We Offer$18.00 per hour!Heritage-paid Level 1 Guard Card!Heritage-paid CPR certification!Additional trainings and certifications!Opportunities available at multiple Albuquerque locations!Training and support to help you succeed!Opportunity to build a career within a growing New Mexico company!A team environment where professionalism, accountability and hospitality matter!What You'll DoAs a Security Officer, you'll help protect our guests, team members and properties while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.Responsibilities may include:Patrol assigned areas and monitor property activityHelp maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees and visitorsRespond appropriately to incidents, disturbances and safety concernsMonitor entrances, exits and other designated areasDocument incidents and complete security reportsAssist guests and team members when security support is neededIdentify and report potential safety or security concernsCommunicate professionally with Security leadership and property managementFollow established emergency, safety and security proceduresProvide a security presence that is professional, helpful and hospitality-focusedRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForDependable and punctualProfessional and respectfulStrong situational awarenessComfortable interacting with guests, employees and the publicAble to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situationsWillingness to complete required security training and certificationsAble to work a flexible schedule based on location and business needsPrevious security, hospitality, military, law enforcement, customer service or similar experience is a plusJoin the Heritage Security team and build valuable skills and certifications while working at some of Albuquerque's most recognized hospitality destinations!
