You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and clear communication to residents and visitors. Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Day Time Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, staff, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with emergency responders and/or management as appropriate.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
Possess at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
