Security Officer Armed Driver Security Clearance Patrol Incident ManagementAs a Security Officer Armed Driver Security Clearance Patrol Incident Management in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving post offers the opportunity to apply your skills while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $23.75 / HourWeekly PayJob Schedule:DayTimeTue 05:00 PM - 05:00 AMWed 05:00 PM - 05:00 AMThur 05:00 PM - 05:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random armed patrols of office areas, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor activity, incidents, and unusual conditions.Maintain assigned equipment and carry authorized firearms in accordance with applicable laws, training, and Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of armed guard, law enforcement, or military experience.Possess a valid armed guard card or license.Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
