Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Mon 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Sat 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Sun 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail grocery location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store, parking areas, receiving locations, perimeter, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain required documentation for patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
