Unarmed Security Officer – Yacht CruisesSignal of Downtown Baltimore, MD is hiring Unarmed Security Officers to work yacht cruises and dock operations. Officers will ensure passenger safety, enforce rules, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced, on-the-water environment.Pay: $18–$20/hourLocation: Baltimore & Annapolis, MDBenefits:401(k)Schedule:Flexible availability requiredPeak days: Thursday–SundayDay & evening shifts4–7 hour shiftsSchedule provided 2–3 weeks in advanceMust arrive 30 minutes earlyRequirements:Maryland Guard Card OR applied (PLU/PIN required)Comfortable working on/around waterStrong communication & reliabilityProfessional appearanceResponsibilities:Conduct bag checks before boardingEnforce safety rules (no smoking, no outside liquids)Monitor passengers and de-escalate situationsAssist with boarding/disembarkingMaintain professional presence on dock and vesselSignal is an equal opportunity employer.
