Security OfficerAbacus is looking for outstanding Security Officers to work at one of our top children's hospital in the Baltimore area.Available positions include:Front Desk/OfficerFoot Patrol OfficerGarage Rover OfficerPay Rate:$17 Per HourFull health and vision benefitsPTO time1.5X pay for major holidays and any hours worked over 40Serene atmosphereVaccine RequirementsAll eligible candidates must be able to provide documentation to show vaccination status against:MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)Chicken Pox (Varicella)Flu ShotJob Responsibilities:Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rulesThoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and securityWarn violators of premise rules and regulationsReport any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipesRequest emergency personnel for high-risk situationsQualifications:At least 6+ months of Security experienceCustomer-oriented personalityStrong attention to detailMust be able to show proof of vaccinationMust be 21+ years oldMust be able to work in inclement weather if requiredMust be able to walk/stand for 8-12 hours a day
