As a Security team member, you help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members by monitoring property, responding to incidents, and supporting risk management practices.What You'll Do:Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areasInspect doors, windows, gates, and access pointsRespond to alarms, security calls, and on-site emergenciesInvestigate and document incidents or suspicious activityComplete daily Security Logs and incident reportsMonitor fire safety, hazards, and unsecured areasAssist with emergency response proceduresEscort residents and team members after hoursSupport OSHA and infection control complianceSecure and unlock areas per policyYou play a critical role in protecting residents, safeguarding property, and ensuring overnight and daily safety operations run smoothly.What We're Looking For:HS Diploma/GED; age 18+2+ years related experience preferredStrong judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to handle multiple prioritiesClear written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer proficiencyValid driver's license (if required)Security Officer – Help Keep Our Community Safe, Secure and ProtectedPay Range: 15.00 - 18.80Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
