Security OfficerCasino Fandango - Carson City, NV 89701OverviewLevel: Experienced Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any Category: OtherDescriptionSecurity Officer's will be responsible for the safety and security of our guest and in supporting the Security department.QualificationsEducation and Experience:Must be 21 years of age.High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.Previous security experience preferred.Must be willing and able to engage in physical activity on all levels up to and including physical confrontations while remaining calm.Able to think creatively and work with supervisors, peers, and other subordinates on a team approach to solve problems which cross departmental boundaries.Skilled in operating a personal computer and related software including Microsoft Office Suite, proprietary programs and any other computer programs or devices as may become necessary.Additional Requirements:Must provide a DMV printout.Speak, read, and write the English language.Must be flexible and able to work any shift, day off and weekends.Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests.Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.Required Work CardsGaming RegistrationMachinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware UsedPaycom system
