As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with employees and visitors. Join Allied Universal, where agile, reliable, innovative teams put people first and act with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $26.92 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the business, office areas, common spaces, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.Communicate observations and concerns to site contacts, supervisors, and appropriate response personnel while maintaining a professional presence.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.CPR certification is preferred.A Guard Card or license is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
