You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, delivers through teamwork, and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies in a healthcare location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain an orderly environment for patients, staff, and visitors.Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal and client site requirements.Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
