Security Officer/ConciergeLocation: Aventura, FL 33180Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer/Concierge to join our team at a prestigious high-end condominium association in Aventura, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury residential environment and possess excellent customer service skills to effectively operate the front desk and ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests.ResponsibilitiesProvide a visible security presence to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property.Operate the front desk, greeting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Monitor building access and verify credentials of visitors and vendors.Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies.Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.Coordinate with management and emergency services as needed.Assist residents with inquiries and provide concierge services as required.Ensure compliance with building policies and procedures.QualificationsProven experience as a security officer or concierge in a high-end condominium or similar luxury residential setting.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to operate front desk systems and manage visitor access efficiently.Proficiency in computer operations is required.Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.Professional appearance and demeanor.Valid security license or certification preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.How to ApplyIf you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume for consideration.
