As a Dispatch professional in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and activity, dispatch resources, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will help maintain an organized environment through clear communication, customer-focused service, and attention to detail. Join Allied Universal, where agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity guide how we deliver every day.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $21.63 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat 04:00 PM - 04:00 AMSun 04:00 PM - 04:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.Monitor incoming calls, alarms, communications systems, and service requests; document and dispatch security-related personnel or appropriate site resources based on established protocols.Respond to incidents, critical situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate relevant information to supervisors, emergency responders, and site contacts as needed.Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor or contractor information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter when assigned, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.Minimum Requirements:Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.X-ray screening experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
