As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, employees, and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to incidents. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every shift.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.68 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific policies.Minimum Requirements:CPR certification is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
