As a Dispatch Professional at a financial institution location, you will monitor alarm and access-control activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, communicate with personnel and emergency services, and maintain accurate records. Join Allied Universal, where agile, reliable, and innovative teams put people first, deliver through teamwork, and act with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $25.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and callers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial services location.Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and critical situations to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.Monitor communication systems, alarms, access activity, and available camera systems, documenting events and escalating concerns according to site procedures.Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and related records while communicating timely updates to site leadership and responding personnel.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.A college degree is required.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
