Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, restricted areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and report irregularities involving personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries.
Support security-related operations within an aerospace and defense location by documenting incidents, maintaining post records, and following protocol for sensitive environments.
Minimum Requirements:
An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
