As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and other security-related activities. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $30.45 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 02:00 PM - 06:00 PMTue 02:00 PM - 06:00 PMWed 02:00 PM - 06:00 PMThur 02:00 PM - 06:00 PMFri 02:00 PM - 06:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.Minimum Requirements:Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.Have customer service experience preferred.Hold CPR certification preferred.This is primarily a driving post.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
