As a Dispatch Officer in a healthcare location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related needs. You will help maintain awareness of site operations, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable team, where a caring culture, integrity, and teamwork drive meaningful work every day.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $22.80 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a healthcare diagnostic location.Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related officers, requests for assistance, alarms, incidents, and emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, activity reports, and communications documentation in accordance with site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
