As an unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Join a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $22.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat05:00 AM - 05:00 PMSun05:00 AM - 05:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, production areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, vehicle, and employee entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.Observe and report security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations while maintaining detailed daily activity logs and incident documentation.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A Guard Card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
