Security Officer Driving Role PatrolAs a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Sparrows Point, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $19.09 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeWed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by established procedures.Observe industrial operations and report hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and other security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.Minimum Requirements:At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
