Job Description
As a Security Officer Entry Control in Greenville, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and respond to alarm panel notifications. You will maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You’ll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining access records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
Maintain accurate logs and reports for visitor activity, access control events, incidents, and shift handoffs.
Minimum Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
