As an Unarmed Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot and bike patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every interaction.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $19.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time:Monday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTuesday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFriday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSaturday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSunday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.Minimum Requirements:Have at least two years of security-related experience.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Customer service experience is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
