As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading healthcare location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment through clear communication, professionalism, and integrity while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $22.64 - $23.64 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service at a front desk within a healthcare and pharmaceutical location by following site-specific procedures, visitor-management protocols, and security-related policies.Greet, screen, and direct visitors, contractors, and employees; verify identification and credentials; and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.Monitor access to the facility, issue visitor badges and/or access credentials as authorized, and help to deter unauthorized entry by reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.Answer phones, provide directions and general site information, maintain a professional front-desk presence, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.A New York State Security Guard License is required.Access control and badge experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
