As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and respond to alarms and other security-related concerns. Your visible presence will help deter incidents while you provide professional customer service and clear communication. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every shift.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $23.18 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, data-center-adjacent spaces, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with authorized entry processes and reporting unauthorized access attempts.Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in alignment with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.Minimum Requirements:At least one year of security-related experience is required.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
