Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $19.48 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 06:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue 06:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed 06:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur 06:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, offices, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.Experience with alarm panels is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
