Security OfficerGranite State Gaming & Hospitality, a subsidiary of G2 Gaming, is committed to supporting community nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire through innovative entertainment, hospitality and gaming experiences. Our accomplished team of industry professionals have more than 150 years of experience and are ready to take charitable gaming to a whole new level; creating world-class venues, infusing more economic opportunities into the markets we serve while helping New Hampshire nonprofits thrive. We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.As a Security Officer, you'll help ensure the safety of guests, team members, and company property. You'll maintain a visible presence, safeguard assets, assist with emergencies, and provide friendly, professional service while enforcing policies and gaming regulations.Patrol the property and monitor for safety hazards or unusual activityEnsure the security of patrons, employees, and company assets during shiftsRespond to emergencies and assist sick or injured guests or team membersPrepare clear and accurate incident reportsEnforce company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulationsProvide guest assistance, directions, and escorts when neededOperate security tools such as radios, computers, and surveillance systemsPerform duties in compliance with all gaming and safety regulationsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to read and comprehend policies, training materials, and documentationPhysical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to respond quickly in emergencies, including possible physical interventionAbility to obtain and maintain a Gaming licenseMust pass a background checkWork may involve exposure to secondhand smoke, weather extremes, loud noise, and safety hazardsFlexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
