As an Access Control Officer, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by managing visitor access, verifying credentials, issuing badges, and monitoring entry points. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and help address security-related concerns. This includes familiarity with security protocols and procedures related to employee and visitor access.Customer Service Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of (insert years) years of customer service experience. This experience should demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional service to clients and customers.Lift Up to 20 lbs: Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds. This requirement is essential for roles that involve physical tasks and responsibilities.Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
