As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Care Patrol in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least one year of security-related experience.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
